First session, from 10am to 12noon, David Griffiths will present a compliance briefing, aimed at Lottery Managers that are new to the HLA. If you have entered our industry since the last attended conference in September 2019, you are welcome to attend, and he will attempt to demystify the world of lottery regulation for you.
Second session, from 2pm to 4pm, a panel of experienced HLA Board members will answer pre-submitted questions from members, and there will be a choice of facilitated workshops on:
